On this side of the world, students of the University of the Philippines held the annual nude run that is participated by fraternity men. The students, masked and carrying roses streak around the University of the Philippines campus every year. Hundreds of coeds, some from other nearby schools watch this annual event.
Called the “Oblation run” it was a tradition that started in the 1970s in protest of Ferdinand Marcos’ censorship policies. And every year since then the run is held with a slogan protesting the issue of the day.
